Shipping and Handling Costs

Normal Shipping and Handling cost is just USD 2.25. For orders + USD 100.00 there is no Shipping and Handling Cost but in this case only an USD 8.00 for registered tax is charged. For collections and lots there are specific S/H costs depending on the weight and size of the order (see particular item description). All orders will be shipped in a safe and solid way to protect your items. Registered shipping is optional for orders below USD 100.00 (contact us if you want to use this additional service).

All orders have to be paid first before shipping. Use our Secure Checkout in your Shopping Cart for payment of your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, please send your stamps back within 30 days from purchase and you will be paid back (shipping and handlingcosts not included). This rule is not applying to collections and lots, but only to single stamps and single stamp sets, each bought seperately.

General Sale Terms and Conditions

1. All stamps, collections and lots are shown on our website by one or more scans. For collections and lots is it not always possible to show the whole collection but the most important parts of the collections will be showed. However we try always to show the entire collection by scanning the pages or we order the stamps on cards. To keep shipping safe and to economise shipping costs, we will ship your collections and lots on philatelic cards etc. (albums not included).

2. All prices are mentioned in USD and are fixed prices. Shipping and handlingcosts are not included (see Store Policy for more details). However we will always try to put all your orders together in one order to save shipping and handlingcosts (max. 7 days combining of orders).

3. The quality of single stamps and stamp sets is guaranteed. For collections and lots no guarantee can be given but the description is given as best as possible according to our philatelic experience.
